Research shows that people in strong social circles have less risk of depression and terminal strokes. FRIENDS + FUN= PLAY. Those who get a lot of Vitamin F are 30 years younger in age and can decrease chances of a cardiac arrest or stroke by 50%.

If you don’t feel like being with friends, having fun or playing, well, POO!
