Breathe all the way in until you are full. LET IT GO. This is key bodyspirit work. Some ancient languages like Hebrew imply breath and spirit are synonymous. Every breath is a movement of take and give.
For the second time this week LAVA’s voices of peace invoke “world air, world mothering air” for all us. Find a place in your body that needs or contains peace. Bring a hand to this place to rest or dance or send peace while LAVA sings.
