Sometimes we fall down go boom
Sometimes we’re hit by fear and gloom,
How to deal, when panic strikes?

Why not sing Dood dadda doom doom? like Gir

The Dalai Lama says. “In Tibetan we say, ‘if the rope breaks nine times, we must splice it together a tenth time.’ ”

InterPlay’s creative practices good during freak out…..
1) Exform (in good way) SHAKE!!!!! ITTTTTT!!!!!!!  OUT!!!!!!  Get up and dance!

2) Attach to something good. Bring your hands together: Notice your fingers pointing up.

The Dalai Lama, like other great holy figures, a great failure or triumphant success, says “Even if ultimately we do fail, at least we will have no feelings of regret. And when we combine this insight with a clear appreciation of our potential to benefit others, we can begin to restore our hope and confidence.”

3) So Dance and sing on Behalf of the World

Get your Joy Going. Joy is not the opposite of rage or grief. It is the fuel of hope.

Raise a hand in blessing to all who are going boom and gettin UP! We are a little crazy, But we are many… (206,898 connections since last year) Check out the Million Connections Campaign. Contribute your connections and support.

Take a deep breath and let it out with a sigh.

Connection is so innate & intimate, maybe we don’t notice how natural, how easy it is. Could it be we’re severely trained to deny it by a well-intending tenderfoot… scared, anxious, clinging society?
