Take a deep breath and let it out with a sigh….

There is endless room to be a body in this universe.
Check it out.

Reach out your arms as wide as you can.

There are plenty of ways to have space on this planet.
Watch a Three Year Old Recite “Litany” by Billy Collins

“I am the sound of rain on the roof.
I also happen to be the shooting star.”

Look at something lovely and say
“I am (that).”
I am summer heat.
I am a sea foam carpet underfoot
I am one small rectangle of light to stand in.
Poetry!

The InterPlay warm up begins with
Taking a deep breath and letting it out with a sigh
shaking out arms, legs, your middle, your voice.
Reaching up and stretching.
Opening your arms wide as big as you’d like.
Wrapping your arms around yourself- an embrace?
Letting yourself drop over and connect with earth
Nodding your head “Yes” to let go a little.
Rolling up and doing it again.
Just this much helps get  us in our body,
thank heaven and earth,
and start or finish your day.

Raise a hand to all directions. Whatever way you turn there is both room to grow and something or someone there.

Take a deep breath and let it out with a sigh.
