One World. One Time.

Leah Mann (Seattle) of Lelavision: Physical Music

*To Be Alive
*Ganga Giri Liveshow

Take a deep breath. Let it out with a sigh……

*To Be Alive
To be alive: not just the carcass
But the spark.
That’s crudely put, but …
if we’re not supposed to dance,
Why all this music?
~ Gregory Orr ~ (Thanks to Carol Kassner from Seattle)

*Ganga Giri Liveshow
Let’s celebrate any time we get it together. Enjoy the Ganga Giri Liveshow:

Music and Movement get us there fastest. Even now we can—

InterPlay teaches the practice of “having.” Physically savor any experience.
Have it. Notice it. Let it go. Take twenty seconds (three deep breaths) to have your world.

Rhythm and music make time new. Get on a beat. Move to the dreamtime.
Rock, rattle, tap: a little repetition is all it takes.
Tap to this sample of Linda Breitag’s French Canadian Fiddle Le Forgeron
(Her album Feet to the Fire is available through InterPlay.)

Eternity is here. Raise a hand to dance in synch with our one world. Breathe and move with one man and one Impossible Guitar, domini frasca. Dance on behalf of leaders and participants in the Next Gen Leaders Arts and Social Change Training Monday Aug 2- 13 at InterPlayce.

Take a deep breath and let it out with a sigh.

You are welcome to attend August 4th 7:30 Wing It! performing on Oil and Water, August 6th 8-9pm The First Friday DOBO (Dance on Behalf Of) featuring Next Gen participants, Aug 11th InterPlay and Mindfulness 7-8:30, Next Gen Performance: August 12 7-8:30

I used to be in a band with Ganga Giri many years ago. He of course went on to much greater things. How unexpected to see him here! Thankyou
