Body Wisdom Practice:
1) Pay attention to what moves you in a body to body way. Feel it!
2) Describe the physical experience using specific words about what you enjoy
3) Thank THE MOVER by speaking up for what moves you. (This could include your dog or your God)
4) Can’t articulate your gratitude? Move it, sing it, use a made up language, or just grab their hand and say thanks.
The more we affirm others the more we really affirm our own experience. Whhheeeeeee. Jessica, we’re right behind you!
