Body Wisdom
Walk . Stop . Notice . Slow Down
Wanna become playfully present?

Consider your wings of stillness and reflection.

Consider wings on your right heel and your left.

Consider Malcolm’s wisdom of the Mindfulness Foundation

from ‘Fourteen Verses on Meditation’:

Just as a bird has two wings
the practice of meditation has “stopping” and “deep looking.”
The two wings depend on each other.
Stopping and deep looking go in tandem.

Stopping means to be still,
in order to recognize, to be in contact,
to nourish, to heal,
to calm, to soothe, and to focus the mind.

Deep looking means to regard in depth
the true nature of the Five Skandhas,
so that understanding may arise
to transform all sadness and pain.

The breath and the footstep
generate the source of mindfulness,
which enables one to recognize,
to be in touch with the wonders of life……

Breathe . Step . Be

Vocalize
Indulge in vocal interplay art that’s all about chillin’

Raise a hand in blessing
Raise a hand in blessing to all who walk, stop, run, dance mindfully and not so much so….and hey, don’t worry, be happy!

Take a deep breath and let it out with a sigh.
