Act now! Special offer!
You lie on last year’s grass
bathed in sunlight to the chin
while winds of summers past
caress your hair and seem
to lead you in a dance.

Body Wisdom
Intertia is a law of physics. A body in motion remains in motion. A body at rest remains at rest.  The dictionary names inertia as a lack of art or skill.
We dance between intertia and choice. Get up and dance? Or remain seated?
Walk, stop, run?
Each time we choose an action we co-create life, whether in agreement to go with inertia or to shift off of it.
This always requires a little energy.

You chose to read this. YOU ACTED NOW!
Practice a few moments doing nothing. Enjoy that.

This too is to ACT NOW

Moment to moment you may move, stay still, do something for your own good or the good of others. What will you do today, this week? Dance between inertia, (your bodies ground of being), and your choices.

Dance on Behalf of Action movement

Give yourself the hand dance between inertia and action to this familiar closing to “InterPlay” by Marquetta Dupree and Angela Holley

Take a deep breath and let it out with a sigh.
